We want you to feel amazing in your outfit, but if it’s not quite right, we’ll make returning it as easy as possible.
Your Right to Return
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
For example: If your parcel arrived on the 1st, you’ll need to contact us by the 15th.
Returns must be approved before being sent back - this helps us keep things running smoothly.
How to Return (UK Customers)
We offer an easy printable Royal Mail return label.
To request a return:
- Log into your account
- Select your order and click ‘Request a Return’
- Complete the short form
- Wait up to 24 hours for approval
- Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid printable Royal Mail label (£3.99 - deducted from your refund)

How to Return (International Customers)
Please email info@forluxesake.co.uk with your order number and item details. You can also reach out via Live Chat.
Once approved (within 24 hours), we’ll send you return instructions.
International customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In original condition
- Unworn & unwashed
- With all tags attached
No need to return the gift box, but please send items back in the garment bag and protective mailer to avoid damage.
Parcel size should not exceed: 45 x 35 x 16 cm
Processing Your Refund
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we aim to refund you within 24 hours.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once complete.
Return Costs
UK: Royal Mail label costs £3.99, deducted from your refund. The label is valid for 7 days.
Or, you can use your own tracked return service.
Important - Proof of Postage
Please ensure you retain your proof of postage when returning your item. This receipt, issued by the drop off location, includes your tracking number and confirms the parcel was physically handed over.
Unfortunately, Royal Mail does not accept the tracking number alone as valid proof of return - it doesn’t confirm who handed over the parcel. Without this receipt, we’re unable to open a claim in the event your parcel is lost, and may not be able to process your refund.
If your return is lost in transit and no proof of postage is available, we regret that we won’t be able to reimburse you.
We recommend taking a photo of your receipt, some customers prefer email this to us.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Contact us and we’ll help if stock allows. Due to limited runs, we can’t guarantee availability, but we’ll always try.

FAQs
Have you received my return?
If tracking says delivered, yes - we’ve got it.
You’ll only receive an email once your refund is processed. If it’s been more than 48 hours, feel free to contact us with your tracking or proof of postage.
I used my own courier and it hasn’t arrived - what now?
You’ll need to contact your courier directly for compensation.
We recommend always using a tracked and insured service, and saving your proof of postage.
