📦 Summer Shipping Break Notice
We’re taking a short summer break and will be closed from Thursday 14th August to Monday 1st September.
Orders:
Orders placed before 12pm on Wednesday 13th August will be shipped before we close.
Orders placed after 12pm on 13th August will be shipped on Tuesday 2nd September.
Returns:
Return requests will still be approved during the break, but no returns will be processed or refunded until 2nd September.
During this time, returns can be sent via QR code only — printable return labels won’t be available.

Delivery Information
We get it - when you’ve found the dress, you want it fast. Here’s how delivery works at For Luxe Sake:
Same-Day Dispatch (UK Orders)
- Order before 12pm Monday–Friday and your in-stock item will be dispatched the same day, and usually arrive the next day.
- Orders after 12pm ship the next working day (Mon–Fri).
- Pre-orders ship the working day after stock arrives (see below).
UK Shipping Details
- All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked.
- You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
- Free Express Shipping on UK orders over £100 (automatically applied — no code needed!).
- Delivery: Usually arrives next day (but isn't guaranteed). No deliveries will be made on Bank Holidays.
- Need Guaranteed Next Day Delivery? Get in touch before ordering and we’ll let you know if we can offer it for your item.
International Shipping
- Yes, we ship worldwide — all via fully tracked services!
- Free international shipping on orders over £250.
- We ship DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid).
- You’ll be responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties.
- Your parcel may be held by customs until these are paid.
- Please check your country’s import rules before ordering to avoid delays.
Pre-Orders
- Ordering a pre-order item?
- We’ll dispatch it the next working day after stock lands.
- We’ll keep you updated with estimated delivery dates.
- You’ll get a dispatch email once it’s on the move.
Delayed or Lost Parcels
Once your order leaves us, it’s in Royal Mail’s hands — but we’ll always try to help.
- We can’t raise an investigation until 10 working days (UK) have passed.
- International claims can take up to 30 days to resolve.
- As a small business, we’re unable to refund or resend items until a courier officially confirms loss.
Click & Collect (Manchester)
Want to collect your order?
- We offer local pick-up from Stalybridge, Manchester (SK15 2ST).
- Just select ‘Pick Up’ at checkout and contact us to arrange a time.
