Returns Policy
Here at ForLuxeSake customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to make the returns process as straightforward as possible.
Your Right to Return
You have the right to return items purchased online within 14 days of receiving them. If you decide to return an item, you must notify us within this 14-day period.
For example, if your order was delivered on the 1st of the month, you have until the 15th to request a return.
We will only process returns which have been approved prior to sending.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us via email info@forluxesake.co.uk with the subject title 'Returns Request' OR leave a message via our Live Chat with your order number and details of the items you wish to return and reason for the return. Please allow 24 hours for approval. You will receive an email with instructions on how and where to return. To be eligible for a return, items must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Processing Your Return
Once we receive your returned item(s), we aim to inspect and process your refund within 24 hours. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the safe arrival of your return. Please keep hold of your proof of postage until your return has been received and processed by us.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange for a different size please get in touch, our stock levels are quite low so we can't always accommodate this, but we will try our best!

Have you received my return?
If your tracking shows your return has been delivered to us then don't worry, we have it, please note you will only receive an email to say your refund has been processed. If it has been more than 48 hours since your return was delivered you haven't received an email from us, please get in touch with your proof of postage / tracking so we can investigate.
If for whatever reason we do not receive your return, as you are the sender it is your responsibility to contact the courier to obtain compensation. This is why it is important to keep hold of your proof of postage and always post your returns via a tracked / signed for service with appropriate insurance/cover. Depending on which courier you use there may be a short time frame to raise a dispute - please keep this in mind. Based on experience, parcels posted from the UK which are not delivered within 7-10 days would usually be classed as lost and would need to be claimed for. We cannot do this on your behalf but can definitely help point you in the right direction.
