CAN I RETURN MY ITEM FOR A REFUND / EXCHANGE?
Of course you can return to us. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we will happily accept a return for full refund (T&C’s) apply, as long as the garment is unworn, in its original condition and still has all security tags and labels attached; further details below:
Please do your best to try on, handle and repackage the items with the utmost care. We will ONLY accept refunds if items are returned to us in their original condition which means unworn, undamaged, free from fake tan/makeup any other stains, pet hairs, perfume, deodorant and have the original tags attached.
If an item is returned to us in unsatisfactory condition or outside of the 14 day period the return will not be accepted and re-sent back to you.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE?
You can exchange your item for any size or item (permitted it’s in stock) and we send them back to you at no extra charge. We offer 1 exchange per item.
Please make a note of the new items name size & colour on your returns form.
If the replacement costs extra, we will send a link for you to pay the difference.
If the replacement is less expensive than the original, don’t worry. We’ll make sure the difference is refunded back to your original payment methods.
Alternatively, you may refund the original item and then purchase the new, lower-priced item.
HOW LONG AFTER PURCHASE CAN I MAKE A RETURN?
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

You will receive a returns form with your order, please complete this and include in your return. We always recommend returning your items via a recorded service as we unfortunately can't be held responsible for any items that do not reach us, your local post office will be able to advise on the best service.

CAN I GET MY SHIPPING FEES BACK?
Return shipping costs are not covered by ForLuxeSake at the moment and we can’t yet provide a returns label (sorry, we know nobody likes paying Return Postage costs and we are working on making this free in the future - please remember are only a small independent business, we keep our product and shipping prices as low as possible for you - thank you for understanding)
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Please check your account as the refund will show under FORLUXESAKE and may show on the date of your original purchase.
If you haven't received a refund and it has been more than 21 days since you posted your returns then please contact us with a picture of your proof of postage receipt.
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?
We will only email you once your refund has been issued, not when your parcel has been delivered, so please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed and a further 7 days for the refund to reach your account.
