Returns Policy
At ForLuxeSake, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to make the returns process as simple and straightforward as possible.
Your Right to Return
You have the right to return items purchased online within 14 days of receiving them. To initiate a return, please notify us within this 14-day period.
For example, if your order was delivered on the 1st of the month, you have until the 15th to request a return.
Returns will only be processed if approval is obtained before the item is shipped back.
How to Return
UK Customers
To request a return, please log into your account, select the order you’d like to return, and click on 'Request a Return'. Complete the required information and allow up to 24 hours for approval. If approved, we’ll email you a printable Royal Mail returns label. (Please note: The cost of the label is £3.99, which will be deducted from your refund.)
International Customers
All International Customers (and UK Customers who wish to arrange own return postage) please contact us via email at info@forluxesake.co.uk with the subject line "Returns Request," or reach out via our Live Chat. Be sure to include your order number, the details of the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Again, please allow up to 24 hours for approval. Once approved, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how and where to return the items.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
If your order arrived in a gift box, there's no need to return the box. However, please ensure that the items are sent back in their garment bag and postal bag to prevent damage during transit.
Please ensure that the parcel fits within the following maximum size: 45 x 35 x 16 cm.
Processing Your Return
Once we receive your returned items, we aim to inspect and process your refund within 24 hours. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
Return Shipping Costs
We offer a Royal Mail returns label for £3.99, which will be deducted from your refund. The label will be valid for 7 days from the date it is issued. Alternatively, you can arrange your own return postage. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return arrives safely.
Please retain proof of postage until your return has been received and processed.
If the item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us immediately for assistance.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please get in touch. Due to limited stock, we cannot always accommodate exchanges, but we will do our best to assist you.

Have you received my return?
If tracking shows your return has been delivered, don’t worry—we’ve received it. Please note, you will only receive an email once your refund has been processed. If it’s been more than 48 hours since your return was delivered and you haven’t received an email, please get in touch with proof of postage/tracking, and we’ll investigate.
If we do not receive your return and you arranged your own return postage, it is your responsibility to contact the courier for compensation. Be sure to keep proof of postage and always use a tracked/signed-for service with appropriate insurance or coverage. Depending on the courier, there may be a short window to raise a dispute—please keep this in mind. Based on our experience, parcels posted from the UK that are not delivered within 7–10 days are usually considered lost and should be claimed through the courier. We cannot claim this on your behalf, but we can guide you in the right direction.
