Where is my order?
To track your order, please log into your account. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- Order placed after cut-off time: We aim to process orders placed Monday-Friday within 24 hours.
- Pre-order items: Please refer to your order confirmation email for the estimated dispatch date.

The estimated dispatch date has passed, and my order hasn’t shipped yet.
Pre-order dispatch dates are estimated and sometimes delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or courier staffing issues (e.g., COVID-19). If a delay happens, we’ll contact you with an updated dispatch date.
Have you received my return?
We will notify you once your refund has been processed, not when your parcel arrives. Once we receive your returned items, we aim to inspect and process your refund within 24 hours. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
