WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Please log into your account to check the status of your order. If your order has not yet been dispatched yet this is usually because 1) you have ordered after the cut off, we dispatch Tuesday - Thursday (cut off is 2pm) or 2) you have placed an order for a pre-order item. Please check your order confirmation email, this will show the ESTIAMATED dispatch date. Further details on Pre-Orders can be found here
If your order has been dispatched, you can track it via the courier link provided on your dispatch email. Further details on delivery can be found here
THE ESTIMATED DISPATCH DATE HAS PASSED AND MY ORDER STILL HASN'T BEEN DISPATCHED
All pre-order dates are ESTIMATES, unfortunately sometimes delays beyond our control do occur (customs clearance, courier staff shortages due to covid). We do ask for a 7 day buffer for this reason. We do our best to contact customers to advise of the delay and new expected dispatch date should we need to. Further details on Pre-Orders can be found here
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?
We will only email you once your refund has been issued, not when your parcel has been delivered, so please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed and a further 7 days for the refund to reach your account. Further details on Returns can be found here
