I ordered a dress on pre-order that I needed for my friends wedding in Portugal, the dress wasn’t in on time for my event but the customer service I received from Emma was 10/10. She communicated via email quickly & actually got me the sorted with the dress of my dreams to wear as a wedding guest abroad. Pre ordered my dress and it arrived the other day, I absolutely love it! It’s amazing quality and exactly like it looks on the website. It arrived a little later than expected due to circumstances totally out of Emma’s hands but she kept my updated the whole way and even refunded my postage as a good will gesture! Outstanding customer service from start to finish. I will definitely be a return customer!!!
