Our main delivery provider is Royal Mail, we offer 1st and 2nd Class Signed For and Next Day Delivery - dispatching Tuesday - Thursday (order by 2pm). International Delivery has been suspended for the time being.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY ORDER IS DISPATCHED? - Royal Mail

Once your order has been dispatched (left us) you'll receive an email with your tracking information on. At this point the tracking info will be inactive. Your Order will then be handed to our local Post Office who will process and update the tracking information - please note there may be some delays with this. Once the Post Office have processed the tracking information will show as 'Accepted at Post Office'. This will only update again once a delivery has been attempted. 

 

HOW WILL ROYAL MAIL DELIVER MY ORDER?
In order to protect both customers and staff Royal Mail are minimising contact during delivery.  They will no longer be handing over the hand-held devices to customers to capture signatures but instead log the name of the person accepting the item.  Additionally, for all customers where they need to deliver any item that won’t fit through your letterbox, they will place your item at your door. Having knocked on your door, they will then step aside to a safe distance while you retrieve your item. This will ensure your item is delivered securely rather than being left outside.  

 

WHERE IS MY ORDER? - Royal Mail
You will be emailed a tracking link when your order leaves us and is handed over to Royal Mail. If you have selected the Signed For service, the tracking will only update from ‘Accepted at Post Office’ once a delivery attempt has been made. If you have selected Special Delivery, this includes a fully tracked service and will update throughout your orders journey. If Royal Mail try to deliver your parcel and nobody is home to receive it they will leave a card for you to rearrange the delivery, this will also be shown on your online tracking.

WHY HASN'T MY ORDER BEEN DISPATCHED YET?
Please double check if your order contains a Pre-Order item, or there could be an issue with your order, if this happens we will contact you.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER ARRIVES LATE / GETS LOST?

With the current situation sometimes Royal Mail experience delays in delivering your order, we do apologise if your order doesn’t arrive within the timeframe advised but this is out of our control, once the parcel is handed over to Royal Mail we have the same visibility as you do to tracking/delivery information.
Unfortunately we cannot make a claim or ask Royal Mail to investigate a delayed/missing parcel until at least 10 working days have passed since the item was due to be delivered. Royal Mail can take up to 30 days to investigate. As we are a small business we cannot afford to resend or refund your order until this time has passed.

Of course, we're located in Stalybridge, Manchester, our post code is SK15 2ST. You'll see the 'Pick Up' option at checkout.

PRE-ORDERS

By placing an order for a Pre-Order item you are agreeing to an estimated dispatch date, this date is based on the expected delivery date for stock and unfortunately is not guaranteed. When delays do occur we try our best to keep customers updated. Unfortunately we cannot cancel any order for pre-order items even if they run late. 

HOW DO I KNOW IF I AM ORDERING A PRE-ORDER ITEM?
When clicking on your required size, instead of seeing the green 'Add to Bag' you will see 'Pre-Order Now'.

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND AND WANT TO CANCEL?
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order so we can update our supplier. Our Pre-Order items are ordered in specifically for each customer and as we are a small business, if you change your and want to cancel after 24 hours then unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund, instead we will transfer the amount to a Gift Card. 

WHAT IF I ORDER AN IN STOCK ITEM AND A PRE-ORDER ITEM?
If you order multiple items and one of these is Pre-Order and the other is In Stock, the In Stock item will be held back until the Pre-Order item arrives and both will be shipped together, as we are a small business it is too expensive for us to part ship. If you require the in stock item before the pre order item is due to arrive we recommend placing separate orders.
